MyChart Appointment Arrival

Skip the front desk and let us know you are here from your phone using MyChart’s Appointment Arrival feature. Using geolocation capabilities, this feature detects when you arrive for an appointment at Middlesex Health.

When you arrive at an office MyChart will display a notification on your phone asking you to confirm your arrival. This will let our front desk staff know you arrived.

If you have outstanding check-in tasks you will be directed to complete eCheck-in or speak with the front desk. However, if you have completed all check-in tasks ahead of time all you have to do is walk into the waiting room, have a seat, and wait for your clinician to call your name.
